An open letter to the executives

With all the recent suggestions regarding our Executives, I'd thought I would address the Executives directly.

There isn't a need for huge changes; there's a pretty easy solution, please just resign. You have to understand the frustration to the TotalFreedom community of an Executive who isn't willing to listen; willing to adapt or just isn't willing to listen to the voices who just want to improve our situation.

If you feel you are causing more headaches than problems you're solving or that someone could succeed in your position, just resign. We shouldn't have to force Executives out, it shouldn't have to come to that. As an Executive, you're position is dedicated to help the server, and refusing to leave for power isn't furthering progress on the server. We're wondering why players are choosing to leave, which is in part, to our Executives.

If you're inactive, there's no help coming from an inactive Executive. Executives are appointed to oversee a function of the server that needs guidance, and an inactive Executive is ensuring failure.

Don't delete this post. Reply to it, be direct, be honest. I speak for TotalFreedom when I say, we want direct answers. Don't hide in the dark. This letter would also be fairly useless if I didn't make a statement as to who we're unhappy with. inFAmas97, I think TotalFreedom thinks it's time for a new Admin Officer. You've served us well, but I think many of us are tired of abuses of power and a lack of cooperation from a higher level.
