I can only assume this was due to the removal of xxwilee, in which case I still believe my actions were warranted. I get that people always will disagree to support their friends but that case the abuse of spas power was obvious, shoot just look at the title of the application ( totalfreedom.boards.net/thread/61276/sooooooouper-admin-pls ). In addition to the forum sanction request on the SPASd player, getoof, I got multiple requests from admins ranging from admins of all ranks, including seniors and other executives requesting me to reverse the spas and sanction xxwilee for it and I will be more than happy to forward/release these PMs if people want to see them. No- it's in response to long-term mismanagement and a lack of cooperation. While I do think these individual things are issues, that's not the big picture. You also sort of just, ignored my entire post? That's one of the issues I'm talking about. That has been a common issue with communication between anyone and the Admin Officers. We don't feel your helping the server any longer (as Kash has attested whilst serving as your assistant), and ask you to retire your tenure as Admin Officer. |

I'm going to assume the "I get that people always will disagree to support their friends" part was targeted at me to which I say that wilee is an absolute dumbass and I will forever stand by this statement. That aside, I've always in the past made an issue about rules being abused such as with Marco who I really didn't like, but who was removed on bullshit grounds. You might think I just " want everything to be a big revelation or something", but it's that if I see a blatant abuse of power I'm going to call it. If you want to talk about wilee's suspension though, I've got a 5 paragraph post to which you haven't responded, and numerous other posts on which you ignore the majority of points I made. I don't think anybody sees this as solely about wilee though. It's the latest in a long string of incidents and happened to be the straw which broke the camels back. |

oh boy, i've been waiting for this one. inFAmas97 has showed a pattern of disrespect and bias towards admins on a personal level. In a case where a Super submits a report with hundreds of lines of evidence, you either ignore it or deny it without fair reason, especially if you don't like said Super personally. However, if a Clan were to PM you just saying "lol exampleadmin said [some racial slur]" you'd warn or suspend them. This abusive behavior isn't seen strictly in admin reports though. As it wasn't mentioned in the original post, Wilee's case is a pretty fucking good one for this example. After realizing your mistake, you refused to admit it and continued to try and take the conversations into PMs to "save yourself." And not to toot my own horn or anything, but my case is a pretty good one too. In the case of ProjectHomebound's report on me, it was instantly recognized and I was warned for toxicity. However, you thought his clear abuse, didn't warrant as much as that. You continued to make a post in Senior Help after one warning saying "Seniors, if violet continues to cause arguments and problems then go ahead and remove her." This was a clearly attacking post aimed at turning people against me, which was weaponized even by an executive to put me down. Log of this:

No, no, no. I haven’t even thought of that situation. I’m unhappy, as are many other TotalFreedom Admins with the structure and admin management which has been getting worse and worse. This isn’t a one situation problem, it’s an ongoing complicated situation where you have failed to change and respond to admin need. You’ve ignored the majority of the commends on this thread, already. |

Except it wasn't. Executive popularity has been on a downward spiral since 2015, but the downward spiral has finally reached the point of no return. You can't just call it "abuse of spas power" if I had every right to do it, you also can't sanction somebody if they didn't violate any rules (other than one rule which was invoked based on conjecture). |

Anyways, yes, this is important. I think the moment that the executives stop representing the majority of admins, they need to go. While I definitely support this, the multiple suggestions proposed would curb situations like this from occurring in the first place and the executives cannot just ignore them forever, the same way that they will ignore this.
