This thread reads like a shorthand conversation and would be much easier to follow on something other than a forum (Discord).

I don't have an opinion as of yet as an OP here. I am not familiar with admin politics and I guess I'll have to wait for Kae's defenses.

What I want to say is that even if the builds/jokes you've made are pre-zero-tolerance policy, you clearly realize that these are inappropriate and the fact that you had to ask Seth for an approval really speaks volume on how that action was somewhat wrong from the get go.
What I am not satisfied with is not that you've made those actions, rather much that you realize they are not the best move yet you have yet to actually apologize that they are not for the best and even though Seth has approved them, those statements still carry some weight.
I don't want to draw any slippery conclusions, but what you are attempting very much feels like what Polaris has done on his appeal - with or without regulations on it, the actions are still obviously unjustified.

This was posted in Admin Suggestions by Mosley but that was due to him thinking that it was a suggestion meant for admins only. This is justified.
What is not justified is that the suggestion was approved VERY promptly - not even 3 hours after the original post, it has been approved by you.
Even though I personally would've vouched on it anyway, this is still honestly a very shady move and "there is already discussion on it in the past" is not a proper argument for it to be approved this quickly AND without public acknowledgement.
You've also said that "just vote me out when exec approval poles happen and vote-in an exec who will reverse it" which is not a healthy attitude at all - any change brought by any executive can be justified with this reason. Just because it is somewhat reversible in the long run does not mean you are not responsible for handling it properly and that is a big argument for you being in a "powerhouse" stance.

Honestly I have to agree with DragonSlayer2189. I made a post about this shit going on a while ago when the smartnt group was doing it, and of course jack shit was done about it and I got made fun of for bringing it up. That was ridiculous and I don't want to let it happen again this time. Making a build that is obviously inappropriate and honestly obviously resembles blackface shouldn't go unnoticed. If we really want to enforce this Zero Tolerance thing we need to grow up and realize that it applies to anyone in any situation.

Again, seth can do whatever he wants. If i think its abusive im going to call him out on it. At the end of the day if seth wants to break policy then there's nothing i can do to stop him
