Last night my closest friends were involved in a pretty bad accident. One of them is in the ICU and hasn’t regained consciousness and the other two have some pretty severe injuries. I’ve been torn up about it all day and I’m probably gonna spend most of my time between hospitals that are an hour away from my house so I won’t have time to play.

Yes, I am well aware of that, however there is no reason to object to this unless it is something serious like Seth doesn't have access to the website or there's not enough space on the VPS. If you would like to continue talking about this please PM me on the forum; I don't want to derail the thread. In the past there have been several warnings that I can remember about not tagging the owner/finest about things that are designated for other people to figure out or aren’t urgent things. People have gotten punished for that too I believe. It doesn’t get special privilege because it’s an ex admin making the suggestion, let it go by and don’t just ping the owner until it’s through.

I’m not sure why you’re trying to push this narrative that the SMP server is so much better than the TF free op server. Maybe when we have some long term data for more than just one server we can get some real data. I’m not sure who said this but I think it needs to be said again, once the fad dies things will probably go back to normal just like the last time SMP had a boom.

Neutral. Recent behaviour on the forum (namely amount of posts in a short timeframe) indicates a lack of change. However that is only the forum, so I'm not objecting due to this. Neutral for this. I’ve already seen several examples of you posting things on threads that have nothing to do with the actual thread.

I vouch. Even though sure we don’t punish for every single offense, but this is an admin we’re talking about who shouldn’t be making arrogant posts like that no matter the situation.

The only reason these were blocked is because they were not logged. If that is now fixed, there is no longer a reason to consider keeping them blocked. Last I tested it, WorldEdit brushes get logged by CoreProtect. Worldedit brushes are logged by coreprotect, and also shouldn’t harm the server much unless they’re being heavily spammed and if AWE is enabled (which it should be, it definitely changes how the brush works) It will buff out any lag that comes from spamming it, it should at least. Source: huge terrain projects with brush cyl and brush smooth.

Just built my pc like 2 weeks ago and gotta say this 1660 super has been great for me. I recommend. the one that I'm getting is a GTX 1660 Windforce 6GB OC. It's never been out of the package and it's going for 190 so we'll see.

‘‘Twas an rx480 but like I said I think it arched onto the cord and burned it and completely ruined it One of many reasons not to go with AMD. It was 100% my fault not AMD. My video card worked great and I don’t have any bad feelings about it. I’m probably getting a 1660 for 190 tomorrow.

Dude why would I ruin a good vibe with sometning I can worry about the next day. Also, oculus won’t start without a video card anyway. My computer is fine, I removed the card and booted. My board has on-board so I’m not really too worried. I have a solid job and I should be able to get a 1660 that I found on my craigslist for 190 and it’s never been used. would your graphics card lighting on fire not ruin your good vibe already? you should at least find out what’s wrong It arc’ed and likely burned out the nodes but I didn’t get to it fast enough and it literally caught fire and if I had to guess burned the rest of the nodes out too. The card is fried man, no point. Also no it didn’t ruin the vibe the party didn’t stop.

It was something for my oculus rift which now alarms me a little bit. Can’t be bothered to look if I just fried my oculus or if it’s just a sensor because i will freak if it is. If it wasn't an HDMI or USB cable and was proprietary to the device, it's most likely not intended to be hot-swapped. How can you "not be bothered" to see if you fried your six hundred dollar headset when, as you've admitted, you will freak if you have? Dude why would I ruin a good vibe with sometning I can worry about the next day. Also, oculus won’t start without a video card anyway. My computer is fine, I removed the card and booted. This may be off topic abit but what did you unplug? If the video card legit caught on fire, maybe others including myself will be alarmed when unplugging wires. It was something for my oculus rift which now alarms me a little bit. Can’t be bothered to look if I just fried my oculus or if it’s just a sensor because i will freak if it is.

Polaris SeltzerisfionnYes literally caught fire. I unplugged something and it went into the little slot above my video card and started sparking before I could remove it and then it literally caught fire. Also thank you for the suggestion i will probably go with that

So my video card just caught on fire and now is fried. I have around 280 dollars to spend on a decent video card. Does anyone have any suggestions for good video cards in that price range? I have an i5 7600
