First of all I want to say this: I am so sorry for any lack of transparency regarding the Server Liaison. In fact, I hear from Wize very infrequently. And when I do hear from him, it is vague updates about what he is doing in regards to his position. However recently, I noticed that I seemed to be doing more and more of the work - now, it appears, I am the only one doing any of the work at all. Some new information has come to my attention, and it is honestly quite sad.
-Wize has told me numerous times about supposed "Budget Meetings" with Seth that he has had. Obviously this is something that should be transparent, but any attempt to question Wize about this information was deflected.
-He has claimed that we have $50 to spend on the server for Q3 of 2020. However, I did not know where this money came from, or if it even existed.
-He claimed to be talking to Seth every single day about his progress as Server Liaison.
However, on the activity thread that I made, I was being questioned about the aforementioned topics but had no good or substantial answer to give as Wize had not communicated most of the specifics with me. Seth responded to the thread saying he didn't know anything about what Wize was up to, so I asked Seth if he had been doing "budget meetings" or any sort of progress updates with Wize, and he says he has not. It appears that Wize has lied about this, and possibly other things, to retain his position. I don't know the motives behind it, or how much of what he told me was (un)true. However, what I do know is that this isn't acceptable behavior from an Executive. Executives are supposed to uphold transparency and honesty, and lying about this to me shows the opposite. I really did not want it to come to this, as I consider Wize a friend, but for the sake of this community and its values, I am initiating a vote-off for Wize. I know this is the second vote-off in 24 hours I have made, but I believe my evidence and claims are substantiated.
