Object. I don't think OPs can handle this ability.

The current rules don’t allow ops to comment on applications. This may seem logical but the thing is, an op’s opinion matters as the op is the one that is affected by selection. While admins can see if the applicant is suitable for admin, in my opinion the ops should decide wether or not they want an applicant to enforce rules upon them My suggestion is to allow ops to post their thoughts about an applicant, so that the admins voting can see wether on not the ops are satisfied with having the applicant enforcing rules in them. These posts must be detailed and not spammy posts like “HE BANNED ME FOR NO REASON” If you object I’d like to see explanations for objections. Thanks for your time EDIT: For your information, not all ops are people with 10 IQ, that are just dumbasses who do nothing other than make drama. Spammy, undetailed, unprofessional and clearly not constructive criticism posts would be moderated. I myself don't see any OPs right now that are constantly making drama. Often, people like these are permanently banned (example: xxelementxx) Vouch

Can I get reasons for your objection? Because if you tell OPs they are only allowed to say good luck, someone like xxelementxxx will post "Good luck but I would like to point out that this person is kind of annoying". Thank you for exposing me without tagging me, thanks, thanks..

I Object. An administrator application should be for the staff to decide on. An OP should only be allowed to comment provided they have something urgent regarding the applicant, e.g. the applicant committed DDoS attacks on other players or serious rule infractions. Otherwise, they should remain forbidden to comment. ^^^ I object.

Object. In fact, we should make it so only admins (and the person that made the application) can comment. No, if the OP knows that the applicant is a serial griefer/troll, or has been known to DDOS/DOX, information that the OP can provide would be very important. ONT: Neutral, the opinions of OPs do matter on who enforces the server, but there is still definitely the potential for drama.

If an OP knows about it, they should PM the admin officers or another admin with evidence, because calling them out publicly would almost certainly cause drama.

If an OP knows about it, they should PM the admin officers or another admin with evidence, because calling them out publicly would almost certainly cause drama. Depends on your definition of drama then. I’m not really for ops commenting on applications but if one op posts a screenshot of an applicant doing something, all it does is let the other administrators know/change their vote? If the applicant decides to rage/cause drama then forum ban them? It’s not because of the op commenting the evidence on the application? Also one benefit of allowing ops to post evidence is allowing the applicant to defend themselves or explain themselves in public. This in turn makes the application process more transparent instead of all the discussion with the evidence being in PM with the admin officers.

Vouch. If another OP feels to point out that the applicant doesn't have any recommendations then he should be able to do this.
Also as mentioned above by Lemon the applicant should be able to defend themselves. If someone states something about the applicant that is incorrect, the applicant can't really defend themselves that much.
