Vouch. Some people don't get the chance to prove themselves to the majority of the admins who aren't in the timezone. Admins say sometimes 'I never see you online' in applications of players that are different timezones. If the players that were on at the time saw the help provided they could help an OP gain SA.

Vouch.
It would be totally harmless for OPs to be able to say "Good Luck" in applications. It can help admins decided there vote based on personal experiences with the OP.
Objection for reasons stated.

Object. In fact, we should make it so only admins (and the person that made the application) can comment.

Because if you tell OPs they are only allowed to say good luck, someone like xxelementxxx will post "Good luck but I would like to point out that this person is kind of annoying".

Did you read the post? This isn’t allowing ops to say gl, it’s allowing them to give their opinions on applicants Also, admins post good lucks on higher rank applications ignoring the rules

If something is important enough to constitute a post by an OP, they can PM an admin or the executive team with their evidence. As for your second point, I don't know what happens in higher lounges but on telnet applications, the people that say good luck usually say it in addition to a vote, or because they cannot vote (if they have a telnet application open).

My suggestion is to allow ops to give their opinions on how the applicant is behaving ingame not serious evidence against the applicant. Also, what I mean by "good lucks" is admins posting "Good luck! I can't vote cause I have an application open" or something similar, ignoring the rules

Neutral. I'm trying to think of a system that would remove the "HE BANENED ME FOR YNONO REASON DKMFD FD:GHNHN" posts, but all of them are stupid or stupidly complicated.

Object. I've seen ops spout pointless nonsense on applications even when they aren't allowed to at all. I agree that applications should only be viewable by admins and the applicant.
