Also, regarding suggestions if I had just locked that many threads without a reason there surely would have been hords of people going: "Why was my thread locked without reason!!!", reviewing suggestions does not mean just locking 3/4 of them without a logical reason. You didn’t even have the perms to deny suggestions though?.. |

Because they don’t want to look bad. Admin Application Right from the start, I don’t like the quantity > quality method. If you haven’t notice, the player base has been decreasing overtime and there’s more admins than ops (admins > ops). So, my suggestion is to make the admin team smaller by removing admins (if I am included, so be it) and make it quality > quantity. Seriously, we don’t need many admins as we possibly can. We are TotalFreedom, not AdminFreedom. Communication There’s been a lack of communication between executives themselves, owner (Not answering people’s PM), admins and ops. Honestly right now, Windows doesn’t make a good owner, he’s lacking communication between us all, he doesn’t answer most of our PMs and that needs to be improved. Developers needs to communicate with us, informing what they are doing, and the updates that are being uploaded to the server. Every time, when I join the server, there’s a lacking of communication between admins and ops, admins are using admin chat to communicate where it should be used for administrative purpose. I can admit that I do the same and I need to improve on that. TPaS/SPaS/OPaS program Just shut it down, we are getting too many admins from it, especially SPaSs (one of our ex-admin). The admin process should be normal, not special. Permanent ban I can agree with others and make it truely permanent. |

? Instead of having a thread dedicated to training admins, there should be an updated training video that shows how to use the admin commands, what to do in a serious situation, what punishments are for what situatons, etc. Great idea! I'll think about doing that at one point or another. |

I can admit that I do the same and I need to improve on that. at least i'll tell you now: windows is at least accepting constructive criticism, unlike mark, and hopefully, there will be changes with his activity soon. as for the developers, we just need these two boys to change up, tells us the updates, and if they want to implement any kind of feature, it should go into (hopefully senior, if not executive) approval. as for admin chat, it's fine where it is. i'm pretty sure in a real workplace you'd like some time with your colleagues when working instead of always having to have a conversation out in public where you're working at. The admin process should be normal, not special. limit the programs, ofc. the tpas thing should only be a one-time thing, but it definitely doesn't look like it. as for the spas program, i'd like to let the seniors know, please choose your op wisely... they have GOT to be worth it, not like oh look, another generic helpful user! let me spas them! and i mean from that, that you gotta love them (or like them basically lol), like if you were to choose a game. it doesn't have to be great in content, but it can be great in another section, same goes for the op. may not be too well in administration, but they might be better in personality or they're likeable. ik it might have a fuckton of mistakes bc i rushed it bc some fuckboy wants me to play splatoon but if you want me to clarify just go on ahead and quote |
