From a dev point of view: being allowed to work autonomously to the current goal of overhauling the currently installed plugins, fixing issues with current ones, implementing suggestions and adding 'fun' plugins that will benefit the community. Well don’t spam the shit out of the forums and you all had FTP access and all that jazz, yet never did anything. You’ve had the opportunity to make it better, and didn’t. Why not step aside and let others do so. |

It's already been established that decy's tried to help and is still trusted by a lot of people, but I do agree that a permban is a permban and he shouldn't be able to bypass it even if someone allows him to. If he's really changed he should get his shit together and wait out the bans instead of bypassing them. The whole purpose of his permban was for him to take a break and if he isn't going to take that perhaps an even longer ban is in order. |

This server has so much goddamn drama that I'm surprised nobody has made a DramaAlert parody. And I'm too lazy to make one myself. I’d like to say one thing. We do not have FTP access right now, and Windows has to upload everything. Some of us don't even have panel access at the moment. I've asked for it on the thread in the senior lounge but I never got any details. |

This might sound odd, but if you would like to blame "the executives", please, name names. There is an important aspect of the executive team that I believe a lot of admins are not sufficiently aware of: just like voting on suggestions, not every executive is involved in every decision. If an argument is brought in, it will always be considered, but more often than not, the case is handled by the dedicated person, or for some things even whoever gets to it first. If you ask me why that one thread was considered too dramatic, I have to step to the executive who deleted it with the same amount of prior knowledge as you, and I think that's why everything seems so secretive to some.
Having said that, I do not want to dodge bullets if you think I've deserved them. If you tell me I did something wrong, I will try to correct the mistake and check how I can make sure that it doesn't happen again. If you tell me "the executives" did something wrong, I can point you to the person you should present your arguments to. The very least I can do in exchange for this rank is listen.

If we're naming names, it seems to me Infamas has been the most silent on this topic, and seems the most reluctant to allow any major changes. Assuming the issues at hand are, for example, communication and admin applications; there's nothing stopping Infamas from just declining the suggestion regardless of how many vouches it has, while being silent about it the entire time. Not to call out Infamas here or anything, but he really needs to communicate with the people of the server. I had some discussion with him among other executives, but I really think he needs to communicate with EVERYONE. |

? The server needs to cut down on immature admins. I have seen too many admins smite or GTFO either themselves or their fellow admins as a "joke" and these are usually accompanied with an immature ban/smite reason. This could lead to the misunderstanding that the admins are very abusive and that is never a good thing.
? Instead of having a thread dedicated to training admins, there should be an updated training video that shows how to use the admin commands, what to do in a serious situation, what punishments are for what situatons, etc.

Also, regarding suggestions if I had just locked that many threads without a reason there surely would have been hords of people going: "Why was my thread locked without reason!!!", reviewing suggestions does not mean just locking 3/4 of them without a logical reason. |

Right now there is not a whole bunch I can do on my own and I would rather not pester windows with a thousand plugin update/change PMs. Once windows has sorted out ftp you have my word you will start seeing some of the above  |
