Use Firefox nightly or opera touch. I prefer opera since some JavaScript just wont work on Firefox. However, Firefox nightly doesn’t keep browsing history and also blocks ads so do what you want with that information. I usually use opera for any websites that won’t load fully for me on normal safari.

I’m not sure if shortening the conduct policy is the best idea. I agree with Wild. However, your image is promising. I think if we had a better layout for sections and easier accessibility to different parts would be smarter. I also think that something along the lines of an admin handbook would be smart to write up. I’d be willing to do it, I’m sure there are other admins who would be as well, and I think that a detailed book explaining rank for rank command for command what to do in certain situations or even what policies come into affect in certain situations.

is this just to dodge a permban? no, it's a way to give players a break without the need of appealing. sometimes OPs want to come back but they don't wanna talk. it's like a GTFO, it's a break from the server which gives you 24 hours to think. however this gives you a few weeks to control yourself and MAKES you leave without you worrying about having to appeal. and if you're thinking about my pban req: even if this gets put through my punishments mound to a pban request I think you’re confused. Punishments are punishments for a reason. Banning is not just a voluntary break from the server, but a real punishment that is only dealt when admins see fit. The permban works just the same as what you’re suggesting, except you just come back when that 3 week period is over. Speaking from experience, the little ‘breaks from the server’ do little to curb mental health deterioration. If you can’t help yourself to stay off of Minecraft for a few weeks voluntarily, you’ve got some real problems to worry about.

I think our system works fine. We have the conduct policy sectioned off to where we can easily differentiate between permbanning and GTFOs. If you committed an offense that you need to be kept off the server for longer than a day, a permanent ban is in order. Adding the 3-6 week ban would not only require lots of policy revision, but also add another blurred line in the banning process. You brought up mental health, which yeah I’m all for it, but if you cannot keep yourself off of a Minecraft server long enough to rehabilitate your mental health, and admins have to decide for you, than once more a permanent ban is the best option. I do agree that you’re probably only making this suggestion to curb your own future punishments, and that adds another reason not to vouch for this. No offense, but I think I speak for the whole community when I say this: please stop churning out suggestions that don’t help the server or aren’t really necessary to implement. You’re padding your post count, and moving the real suggestions people care about out of the way.

I think that it was probably useful on implementation but now that we have 24/7 premium which eliminates non premium spambotting, or even the fact that we don’t really have ‘serial’ trolls like we used to. Maybe we should have it to where we can toggle it, so if a time comes where we have another frequent, or panther, or xyz troller, we can turn it back on. Also, maybe we could fine tune things to pickup on VPNs better.

Giving scholarships for athletics is stupid imho. From personal experience: These fucking dumb fucks are star football players and get horrendous grades. They still get massive scholarships to top universities despite doing horrible in school. Also, "Physical Education" is retarded. It doesn't teach you anything (this is NOT health class) and is basically a way for the aforementioned athlete kids to be dicks and basically play whatever they want for an easy A while being unfair to those who are not athletic. I’m going to reply to this because I’m personally offended by a few parts here. I participate in an Upward Bound program at a local Uni here in my state. Several of the Uni football players are RAs/Counselors or whatever. They got scholarships to play football for this Uni. They are very good football players, and are in no means ‘dumb fuck’ It’s a false stereotype that athletes are stupid, I’m a football player, and a majority of the players on our team are skilled but also take AP classes and stuff like that. If you look into what most college football players go to college for, sure some of it may be like sociology or easy classloads or whatever, but some of them are even like astrophysicists and stuff. Now Phys Ed is different from school to school, but at my school we have a mandatory Lifetime Wellness class, no matter what. The football players also have to take it. Teaches CPR, and things you need to stay ‘lifetime well’ or whatever. The second part of the class is actual physical work but it’s nothing bad. My feelings on the actual issue of the thread is that the school system is flawed. I do not believe that classes should be aimed at a goal of a standardized test. Even the AP exams are rigged because it’s almost 100$ per test and if you have two, that’s almost 200, and if you have three, well, I think you understand. Also collegeboard is ran by actual children who go out of their way to fuck students over who even ‘think’ about cheating. Creating fake redditors, subreddits, and they even say that they could delete or change information on websites to throw students off during the test. In case you’re unfamiliar with CollegeBoard’s fucked logic, if you are suspected of cheating CollegeBoard has the right to nullify your test score (before, during, after you’ve taken the exam) and bar you from taking another AP class your whole life. Not so bad, except when you apply for colleges they also tell the colleges you cheated on the AP exam. This is detrimental and unfair abuse of CollegeBoard’s power. As someone who takes AP exams almost every year, it frightens me that one day my grade could just be nullified and all this could happen because they ‘suspect’ me of cheating. Now I’m sure this next one will be a surprise to you guys, but I also think the way that most schools go about punishing vaping or using marijuana. In my school, I would get in the same amount of trouble with a bag of cocaine as I would with having a bag of marijuana. It is also a mandatory 180 day expulsion. I think this throws good students off the right track, makes things hard for the better students and completely throws off the worse students. Otherwise, I think school has prepared me pretty well for the future. Beside the obvious, ‘oh yeah I’ll never need to know how to find the cosin of angle a when I’m an office jockey’ but I think we all feel that way. And another observation I’d like to put out there is the people who get these scholarships for sports are not lazy individuals. They’re hard workers who more than likely need the scholarship to do anything in life. Unless it’s tennis, than it’s useless.

a block game compared to a presidential vote vouch anyway No, that's not relevant in this case because it's in the context of a vote, so what I said was a relevant example. Even though this is not how it happens anymore, that is how the election system worked. Unfortunately, Thomas Jefferson is a good wild goose and decided to change that because his Vice President would’ve been his enemy.
