I'm just saying, but where did you get UMC from? Who's ass did you pull UMC from? Read the actual post next time instead of making assumptions based off of stuff you most likely don't know jack about. You're right, he didn't say UMC but let me just say that it's even worse that he listed 'past experience on survival servers.' Survival servers are about polar opposites to how we run TF... experience driving a car isn't the same as flying a plane. |

I've been here for a while, I've seen a lot of fake 'cancer/suicide' threads. Since this was made by a seemingly popular/trustworthy senior, it's likely true. However, LightWarp hasn't always been on the right side of things, so it might be a sick joke. Would love to have some sources.. |

He is very capable with his past experience, he pretty much memorized the conduct policy over night and I will put him through my most difficult training sessions. I have no doubt he will be an amazing admin I know we're not supposed to question seniors when they make SPaS picks, but don't you think it's a little crazy to SPaS someone based on past experience, when their past experience consists of near to nothing on the forums, and not to mention probably not a lot of time on the real server. UMC and TF have a lot of similarities, but I can say they are very different in most ways. Experience on UMC does not equal experience on TF. |

I’m not sure why seniors are choosing to SPaS all of the sudden, but I’m interested in knowing why you choose someone that’s been on the forums less than a week and has ‘n/a’ under valid briefer reports? Unless you think you can train him well enough for him to understand how the server and forums work than I seriously don’t think this person should be an admin.

Object. Gcmd does have its uses. You can't justify the use of this command, because there are so many situations that you could stumble upon, and each one would be different. Just last night I had to gcmd Cow to tp away from spawn. I object strongly to this suggestion. |

And whilst he didn't directly touch someone's build/grief it, he harassed the player even when asked kindly to stop. Irix could've easily built his own crap somewhere else yet he decided to fuck with an op who has no power over anything when it comes to being annoyed by admins. I think it's funny that he was apparently warned so many times to stop, and he is only now being suspended. It confuses me on how they say the system is fair to the lower admins, when they themselves admit they got a lot of reports for issues with irix. This also isn't the first time this has happened, he tends to use his seniority as a reason to punish people for things that aren't actually rules, and if anyone happens to question it, they continue with their seniority and threaten a punishment. So, I'm mostly wondering why we should still continue to think Infamas is a competent admin manager when there have been so many issues with this admin, and they've only now gotten suspended. |
