I’m not sure why seniors are choosing to SPaS all of the sudden, but I’m interested in knowing why you choose someone that’s been on the forums less than a week and has ‘n/a’ under valid briefer reports? Unless you think you can train him well enough for him to understand how the server and forums work than I seriously don’t think this person should be an admin.

He is very capable with his past experience, he pretty much memorized the conduct policy over night and I will put him through my most difficult training sessions. I have no doubt he will be an amazing admin |
