Curtain has been suspended for 2 weeks.
He has broken the following rules:
Administrator conduct policy
c. Failing to heed the Zero Tolerance Policy.
TotalFreedom Harassment Policy
Any administrator(s), caught demeaning, threatening, bullying, and/or creating an environment, in which any member of staff (Super Admin ? Owner) is not duly comfortable in, will be removed, in non-accordance with the Admin Disciplinary Process (ADMIN DISCIPLINARY PROCESS).
No screenshots will be provided at the request of the complainant. We're going to respect this, as the screenshots and information are pretty confidential.
We want to stress that we want to keep TotalFreedom a safe place, and not one where you should be uncomfortable in.

i dont understand? so we cant see evidence? we just have to believe this happened? the administrator has decided to remain anonymous and we decided to respect that myself and kae have seen the evidence and decided it was worthy of a suspension, so yeah, you'll just have to take our word for it.

I spoke to curtain before i even suspended him. he told me he understood and apologized to the other person involved. to me this sounds like he understands what he did, and had no objection to being suspended when confronted about the situation. Yes, you do have to believe this happened. The complainant wished for the screenshots not to be shown, as the subject matter is pretty touchy and personal.

I never had any doubt the suspension was valid.

Can't you just censor anything confidential and share the evidence?

On the other hand, what is the purpose of "remaining confidential" when reporting an administrator? This isn't real life where you can expect revenge for tipping somebody off. At the most you can lose a friend, but if you've resorted to trying to get a player suspended it's assumed you are no longer their friend.

I think it’s important to not have the ‘you’re gonna have to trust us’ attitude when we’ve already built a lot of trust because of transparency and the idea of not being like the old EAO. We’ve also established that friends have bias for friends in the past and even recently. If the user is censored, they’ll be anonymous. The only people who could tell anyone who the person really is, is the three or four people who either were in the dm conversation and the two admin officers. If anyone of those people are leaking information, that’s what needs to be worried about.

It could be less that they're worried about losing a friend, and more that they're uncomfortable about the situation altogether, and would like to remain anonymous for their own privacy.

When "reporting" or posting a suspension-worthy charge against an administrator, the admin's presumed innocence should be placed above the "privacy" of somebody who wishes to remain anonymous and doesn't want any evidence to be seen by regular players.
