Recent discussion in totalfreedom.boards.net/thread/67383/graphic-designer-visual-artist-position has made me realize that these executive positions could be doing a whole lot more than just Managing Master Builders and advertising the server. Advertising Manager was renamed to Liaison which many considered would broaden what they were assigned to do. To my belief, they have generally maintained the same function and I decided to make this suggestion to help rectify that. Executive Server Liaisons would - Manage Community Events
- Facilitate a close working relationship between operators.
- Advocates for Freedom and General Enjoyment
Executive Creative Designers would - Manage Server Art
- Orchestrate buildings
- Manage the public perception of the server in terms of map creation
I made some of these based on Polaris Seltzeris 's suggestions but further suggestions are welcomed |

I don't understand why we have allowed wize to remain the server liaison all this time. He isn't that active, rely's on Darth (and until previously fionn) to actually do the advertising work, and rarely interacts on discord and the forums. If we are going to require the liaison to do more stuff I think we need to remove wize as he doesn't even do the little work he should be doing now.

Every 3 months there will be a poll for each respective Executive position asking if you feel they have performed their job in a beneficial and positive way. If the “No’s” outweigh the “Yes’s” then a re-election for that position will be held. The incumbent may reapply in the same re-election. The community also has the ability to call upon themselves a removal of position if the Executive is not performing up to task. If you are removed forcefully or resign to avoid being removed forcefully, you may not reapply in the respective election." |

hell yes i vouch, the past 2 ecds (mabye even past 3 but i wasnt an mb then so idk) have done literly fucking nothing, the esl i think is currently doing their job well, its just. aproblem of putting people who are more active into those positions.

This sounds like something that should certainly be in public for transparency. I'm sorry but I just don't know. Wize hasn't told me anything other than what I just mentioned. I can tell you that I'm working with YouTubers to promote the server, and am currently in contact with a few big ones. |

Because of my administration and leadership I've raised Tf's consistent player count exponentially and have maintained a historically communal sense of what TotalFreedom means to us. |

I have not seen you host events, I have not seen evidence of a increased player count, and I rarely see you on. The server liaison role was only created due to the vast amount of associated servers we had, and was intended for someone to manage them.
Given we have 1 maybe 0 associated servers, I personally think that role should now be retired, it's not needed.
Everything you've described in the role for a server liaison officer is nothing to do with the role, and actually should fall into the executive position I held some time ago which was the Executive Evangelist position who's job it was to bring in new players and retain existing players.
Personally the ECD should be responsible for the servers entire creative approach, that should include stuff like our web presence, our in game maps, our forum themes and everything.
If you're going to call someone an executive, it should be because they have a wide ranging responsibility, people like the EAO have fairly wide ranging responsibilities, but most of the other executive roles have shrunk and shrunk in scope as people try to do less and less work.
