It's okay guys, we can bully them because they were planning on doing something very bad! LightUk is notorious for attempting to use manipulation, ad-hominems, lying, and blackmail to meet his end goals. In recent conversations I've had with him, he has attempted to sway my opinion towards certain individuals and myself. I'm not going to include every thing he has said to me in this post, but I'll provide some highlights as to what he said. In these conversations, Light denied any and all involvement with the actions Marco was doing. However, this turned out to be a complete lie, as he was absolutely involved with these activities. Denying involvement multiple times: Actually getting involved with Marco's activities (in their Discord server): After I argued with him, he started to talk behind my back, claiming that because I was defending certain individuals, I was "supporting their abusive actions". After learning that I had access to one of his group channels, Light asked Caufas4096 (a moderator of the channel if I recall correctly) to delete the channel in order to erase the message history. Caufas refused, noting that I can use the information within to defend him and Lykhant. Light didn't take this kindly and tried to blackmail him, stating that he would tell someone that he gave logs unless he deleted the chat. Caufas continued to stand his ground and continued to refuse, this time noting that I sent him logs of my Discord DM with Light. Realizing his defeat, Light cut communications with him but not before dropping one last ad-hominem. Sources: - Post Office of Ankh-Morpork - #war-room

It's hilarious how spamming the chat (whoops! a violation of the Conduct Policy that any player would get immediately reprimanded for), imposing as another person who used to be an admin on the server then using administrative commands in their name, and doing so in coordination with another person is equivalent to an admin using reasoning to provide good-researched evidence in an important case to you. b. Spam bot attacks that effectively deny use of the server or prevent proper administration of the server. For example, using a script that repeatedly logs in random names (server or telnet). h. Chat spamming (inc. spamming commands or mail spam) or trolling to the point of being a nuisance to other players. Numerous examples (definitely not all-inclusive) including begging for admin (or recommendations for admin), begging for money, sex chat/RP, telling players to do Alt + F4 for free admin or similar buffoonery, repetitiously asking to be staff on another server or repetitiously asking for other server recommendations, players that advertise outside the rule limits per 4h, etc. Players that post short URL links such as goo.gl without admin permission are subject to temporary ban and maybe be subject to a perm ban or day ban if the URL violates rules 1m or 2h above. To avoid possible security risks, admins should use a link checking site like validator.w3.org to check short URL links. Mass mail spam can result in day or perm ban. j. Admins that engage in rogue activity, rage quit, and misuse administrative commands. Also, an ex-admin that repeatedly fails to abide by admin conduct rules. e. Logging in as the owner, admin, or known player (OP) more than once (see exception) or logging in as multiple admins and/or the owner. Exception: Logging in as the owner, admin, or known player (OP) just once is a perm ban offense if the poser asks for admin status, gains admin status via any means, uses or attempts to use any admin command (whether or not they gained admin status), commits any other offense (Section 1, 2, or 3) while posing, the poser has previously been temp/day banned for committing other offenses in the past, or there's evidence that the poser has attempted to pose on associated servers that use the TF plugin. These are in the conduct policy. Are these not relevant to you? I'm pretty sure when you signed up to be an admin on this server you had to agree that you understood the conduct policy. You would've been permbanned for these offenses if you were not in power, give me a fucking break.

At this point the best thing to do, for everyone's sake, is to just let Internal Affairs deal with it. If we argue now we could expose something we don't want to. We all don't want drama again, so please act mature and be the better person and not argue. It's your choice.

a suspension would be long overdue, shows how much shady shit there is in the server until someone has to bring it up

The solution to a problem like this is more transparency, not less. I think judging from the responses on this thread there certainly is a case here that needs to be resolved, considering one party isn't admitting to numerous violations of the conduct policy that they committed and the other parties to this "drama" simply want more transparency and accountability. There is drama that is necessary and drama that is unnecessary, this is absolutely necessary.

Completely agree on it being "necessary drama." im just waiting for our members to wake up so we can make a ruling

How is this relevant? Trolling is not allowed, and it’s stated clearly in the conduct policy. There is no reason to do anything except ban them, but instead you did stuff like this without ever acknowledging what you did except to say it was justified. Honestly I think a suspension is warranted, not just because of this but also because of all the other incidents over time.

One thing you're not going to do is deny your involvement in this, you're complicit and I'd say it's an admission of guilt that you chose to respond to this in such a way and not even the other posts on this matter. For somebody who's in a powerful position on the server, moderator on the discord, I'd expect you to be better at defending yourself than passive aggressive remarks which actually make you look worse than if you said nothing at all on the matter. Such an awful look on the server that this is the response to something that happened over a year ago from one of the more powerful people in this community.

it’s also disappointing the fact the admins that were online didn’t have the balls to tell prem to stop, but instead gave out quirky ideas to mess with LightUK seriously it gives a bad image to the staff team (response to darth’s screenshot)

for the sake of transparency id just like to remind everyone that Seth is lead dev, not lemon, however that doesn't actually matter because either way he was in a high position and his conduct is inexcusable
either way he's been either suspended or left, if he left it'd be pretty ironic because LightUK did the same thing; he left to avoid suspension

Alright, now that I have some time. I apologise for not replying with a more detailed response sooner. 1. I'll address everything here first: LordYeetius isn't me, but Premintex. I apologise for dooming and using marcos name for it, but: e. Logging in as the owner, admin, or known player (OP) more than once (see exception) or logging in as multiple admins and/or the owner. Exception: Logging in as the owner, admin, or known player (OP) just once is a perm ban offense if the poser asks for admin status, gains admin status via any means, uses or attempts to use any admin command (whether or not they gained admin status), commits any other offense (Section 1, 2, or 3) while posing, the poser has previously been temp/day banned for committing other offenses in the past, or there's evidence that the poser has attempted to pose on associated servers that use the TF plugin. known player (op), marco is infact not a known player but a permbanned rogue. So I don't think this is technically breaking the rules but I apologise. However, I do agree to breaking the trolling rule, and I sincerely apologise for that. 2. I had no part in "covering it up". Robin deleted the thread, before even telling me about it. 3. I also apologise for the passive aggresive remarks above. 4. I am going indefinitely inactive anyway, as I don't really like the direction the server is headed with the addition of IA, and most of the people I talk to regularly already left anyway. I don't have time for TF either, as I'm really busy with school. Everybody's been saving I'm inactive but Seth always said he preferred doing work on his own. Anything that was dm'd to me on discord I've attended to at a timely pace. 5. And no, I did not leave to avoid suspension - I'm going indefinitely inactive. I accept any suspension placed on me. 6. I'll be staying as discord mod on the tf discord however, I'm more active on there. Thanks.

Isn't it kind of a cop-out from any accountability if you're going "indefinitely inactive anyway" and still get to keep a discord moderator role after this fiasco? Honestly what this looks like to me is you passive aggressively responded on this thread with zero accountability, then you very soon after post this when you realize that people aren't going to accept a condescending tone, and declare that you can just stay as a discord moderator. As for Premintex, since he's a current forum moderator and a senior admin, he should certainly respond to this thread also.
