The holiday freeze is traditional, because it's... during the holidays. This suggestion doesn't have a final outcome yet, but when it does, the actions will not have been a normal part of the freeze. Damn, how long does it take for a suggestion like this to get its final outcome. Just be patient while the execs decide on what to do.  I vouch. Maybe not close applications completely but definitely make it harder to gain admin status and maybe even add a restriction for *PaSes. |

Hey, listen, I'm actively advocating these changes be made, but not everyone in the executive branch is as willing to make some of the changes. We have to talk it out and compromise because my opinions aren't the only deciding factor. If it were up to me, then yes I'd totally rework the system, because all these changes make a lot of sense to me. But I don't have the know-how, the permissions, or the power to. We already plan to halt admin applications. Time is of the essence, these changes don't just happen overnight. It seems strange to me that none of the executives against these changes are communicating with us. To be clear, I appreciate the 'executives' like you and Steven who aren't ignoring the issues, regardless of what your stance is. As to the executives that disagree, how about they communicate their thinking with the players of this server, at least bit before they inevitably deny it? |

@zegandhi you make a good point Connor, has there been a final decision on this yet? Not for me to say. InFAmas is on a trip right now so that's why he hasn't responded. And from the looks of it, the change won't be drastic - it'll take several months at least. |

However, it seems right now that regardless of almost everyone agreeing with my suggestion, it's going to be turned down by a couple high up dudes who disagree with it. One in particular messaged me his opinion, but I think he ought to show everyone what he thinks, so everyone else can know why he's against it. |
