The burden of proof falls on you to prove you are. No it doesn't, the burden of proof falls upon the accuser. He doesn't have to prove anything to you. Claimed he was 16, has to prove he's 16. If you disagree with that logic then I guess there's a sky wizard because you can't prove there isn't one right? |
