Polaris Seltzeris Thank you, that was my personal I'm just going add more to the fire response. So chargeback is not allowed? Why is it an example here? "and made threats on the forums"

Polaris Seltzeris Um you provided the wrong image, you provided the other one "Stop Fraud Clients and Spammers, Chargebacks, Non-Payers" Honestly, if it's this painful to send a report in I might not use the report system. So now I'm using it to monitor JUST LIKE MaxMind. Please just don't reply with it's not like MaxMind.

MaxMind is a system that relies on the user's IP, Email address, and other details to determine the risk of a client being fraud. Also, I don't see where law comes in between all this?

Wild is saying that it is illegal to report people for fraud just because they requested a chargeback without submitting a ticket. At the end of the day it depends what legal implications come out of being listed on FraudRecord. If it is just a database of customers which businesses have given then there is no real legal implication, however if it reports to the police or other action is taken that is where it gets murky.

Why would they be reported to police? It's in no way, a legally valid proof of fraud. I've seen many clients who just purchase a service and chargeback after 5 mins because they didn't receive their login details. There might be many problems. Atleast a ticket is expected. If the client doesn't bother to do that, then that client might not be worth the risk for many businesses. Either Wild doesn't know what FraudRecord is, or he is just trying to derail this thread imho. FraudRecord is a just a database of customers who have broken ToS, or did anything that they should have done.

Again I haven't asked what Superior Networks has and it's a genuine question, if you're just reselling Hetzner boxes then theoretically couldn't I just get the same Hetzner box myself that I would get by buying a plan of yours and not have to go through an unnecessary middle man? You say it's more convenient because Hetzner is German but that makes no sense because it's a VPS service, it doesn't matter what language it's in as long as I get a quality VPS. At that point you're just relying on the fact that your prices are slightly lower, so how are YOU going to get money if you spend more than you earn? I'm using Superior-Networks as an example because we can technically say we have the same benefits. I'm not buying the VPS plans and giving them to you. It's a bit convenient if you know how to control the panel not to mention try to discuss an issue with them. All in all, I'm not losing money selling like this. Not to mention I did not make this company to make me money and just run.
