Am I asking what they use or what you use? Anyways why would I buy this over Hetzner themselves? Sorry about that, the pressure was piling up. Hetzner provides good services they have 1 hour HDD replacement, and they have been in business for 2 years, they usually improve as the feedback comes in. Never had a point of failure, they audit the status page actively.
Most responds from the second page are from the billing/abuse department. Let's just say this thread is not related to anything TF and any responses in this thread cannot be used as evidenced for TF. You didn't answer my question. If you're just reselling Hetzner then why should I buy you over Hetzner?

I have been using MaxMind since I started working on Superior Networks as a company, its ENTIRE PURPOSE is to flag potentially fraudulent transactions. What you are doing is illegal, wrong and unethical. Yes, we do use OVH as our primary servers, thats not a secret. Well, MaxMind doesn't reply on fraudlent transactions. It depends on "results of geolocation analysis, IP and email risk assessment, and IIN checks". I don't see why it is unethical to flag a customer who has already broken terms of service. It doesn't benefit us if we report them. It benefits the other companies who would know that the client might be a potential risk.

Or you don't understand what fraudulent transactions are. You described what they were then said it didn't rely on them. If I use someone's credit card even though I'm in an entirely different state or country than them that would be considered fraud and it's sad how you don't understand that. "results of geolocation analysis, IP"

. Those who have waited for 72 hours (our max timeline for answering tickets) after ticketing in have full right to dispute They don't need to wait 72 hours either. They can chargeback/dispute whenever they want and you can choose not to sell to them again but they can still dispute or chargeback without waiting 72 hours. They have the full right to dispute whenever. As wild said, your TOS does not outrank the law. You should really wait until your not a minor to do this kind of service anyways so legal actions can happen.

This sounds really unprofessional on your part and I hope your not leading the company. If your looking for VPS hosting, Web hosting, or other hosting, I suggest going with a provider that is more reliable. Remember, price isn't everything. Try and balance quality and price to get good results. I wouldn't suggest going with a provider that has staff that don't understand VPS workings or how the law works.

That's seriously your reason why your VPS service would be better? Ok well, there is a mass fire above. That wasn't my best answer I could provide. Our services run on more vCores, and also has a small price difference. Hetzner is a reliable host which means our services won't be messed up by our DC. Hetzner is a German company which means they would write mostly in their vernacular. Currently, we provide HDD space only but we can roll SSD out per request. Honestly, it's hard to describe the differences between us. We aren't some fancy company that provides you with bs information just to hook the client in. I'll use Superior-Networks as an example,
Full access - We use KVM which dedicated almost all the resources besides the CPU. Superior-Networks uses OpenVZ which can at times be cramp, not to mention some application can result in needing to change the kernel. PayPal Payments - Same here, we just don't have stripe Super fast, Super easy tickets- Haven't tested our speeds but we are still going to reply within 24 hours by at least one of our team members. Secure - We limit our access to our servers and use ssh keys, and SSL almost everything we use. Details via email - Same here, by default the billing manager does this automatically Super Fast Setup - We have auto deployment if your services aren't deployed we might be deploying a new one. Live Twitter Updates - Sure we can go this.
So, if you are asking to compare, it's kinda hard to say since it's a data-center, and if we do compare most likely it's going to be the same. If you are attempting to add to the fire, I'm "surprised" (Btw I've read the post above I'll reply in a bit.)

This sounds really unprofessional on your part and I hope your not leading the company. Ok, here's my one question. If I did not put "FraudRecord" would this have escalated to this point? (Wild) Also, it's totally not professional to hijack a thread with your own advertising. This isn't a battle for the best host or asking what host to you should choose. We have two people that manage the VPS servers we understand the parts of a VPS. How the law works can be dealt with a lawyer later on. We do not control anything beyond FraudRecord, credit company has their own choice of relying on FraudRecord (which mostlikely won't). We perfectly know it doesn't outrank the law, except which law are we referring to? There are many laws that can conflict.
FraudRecord is NOT REPORT PEOPLE TO FRAUD It's like maxmind but a different method. If FraudRecord was illegal wouldn't a bunch of threads appear upon research? What about the MULTIPLE host that use it? Hm. I'm pretty sure we messed up on words because "Fraud"Record.

Again I haven't asked what Superior Networks has and it's a genuine question, if you're just reselling Hetzner boxes then theoretically couldn't I just get the same Hetzner box myself that I would get by buying a plan of yours and not have to go through an unnecessary middle man? You say it's more convenient because Hetzner is German but that makes no sense because it's a VPS service, it doesn't matter what language it's in as long as I get a quality VPS. At that point you're just relying on the fact that your prices are slightly lower, so how are YOU going to get money if you spend more than you earn?

Those hosts obviously use it for its intended purpose.
