No it doesn't, because freedom of speech is based off of the harm principle. Then the police are violating the 1st amendment (something that happens all the time so not a surprise) "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." I don't see a base for a harm principle besides the right of peaceful assembly, but that's not the same as freedom of speech/expression. Only if you interpret the first amendment entirely literally, and not exercise any reason whatsoever. This harm principle you talked about is applied to the modern day version of the freedom of expression and speech, and if the police feel justified, then they can take the action that will justify the "offense". The point of a harm principle is that you can't use freedom of speech to scream "FIRE!!!" in a movie theater for no reason. A simple business card that isn't harming the public doesn't fall under the harm principle, it's freedom of speech.

Then that's where we differ in opinion, I believe that the business could have more radically motivated undertones designed to promote violence. I'm assuming that's also the way the police department viewed it.

It's not pure speculation for me, I'm adding what I see on that card together and in the end I see what in my opinion looks like it promotes violence.

Now it's normal to pretend to be a poor black male gangster from Detroit when in reality you live in your mom's house and you have it good. Honestly never understood any of it.

Because someone with a business card that doesn't promote any direct racism now calls for expulsion? What is this, middle school? It didn't say "Kill the niggers cause we're white." It listed some likely real statistics, and President Trump quotes. Along with the "white nationalists" sites. That's not racism last time I checked. And tbh, the police officer who called it "high priority" is fucking nuts. Wait just kidding, its a pesky school security guard, who likely failed real tests to become a police officer. My favorite was them calling it an attack, which is mental because its a card and not a bomb. But yeah, maybe the giant KKK graffiti was a bit overboard, but thats a crazy thing compared to this card bullshit.

That is obvious racism and the message is straight fucking clear if you have a half a brain. As for freedom of speech, it's not absolute and you can suspended or expelled for what you say. That's your speech and "ermahgherd my 1st amendment" but if you're in grade one going around calling everyone a cunt you're going to get in trouble. This isn't the police prosecuting someone based on what they said, it isn't a law being passed based on what someone can say (even though those exist) and half the people arguing against it would be right on board if it was against white people.

It's saying that america should become 90% white instead of 60%. how is that not racist?

calls for radical action against non-whites i previously explained in a prior post. It doesn't say "we should holocaust all the non-whites" it says "america should be 90% white like it used to be" It implies racism, but doesn't imply genocide or radical action or violence. I have no idea how you're getting this stuff.
