Last time, it detected 60 viruses. Now, it detects 83 viruses. I don't know why they're getting on my computer, and how but here is what I remember from Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
PUP.Optional.MultiPlug PUP.Optional.Security.Hijack.(forgot the rest) PUP.Optional.RelayR(forgot the rest) PUP.Optional.DultiC(forgot the rest)
Do you have any idea what these are? Thanks, Farah.

I actually don't know. I doubt it's adblock+ if you don't know, you may need to reinstall Windows. have you used any other trusted malware protection, other than Malwarebytes?

Try removing programs on your computer you don't want because they might contain the viruses

PUP stands for Potentially Unwanted Program, which means, unless you actually wanted the program, it's annoying.

As Apollo said, they're potentially unwanted programs, basically meaning they're somewhat not viruses, however they come from places such as toolbars or when you've downloaded something from download.com, and it asks you do you want to install this, do you want to download that.. Download and run this program: www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/junkware-removal-tool/It's from bleeping computer, so it's safe. It should get rid of them. i have got tool from bleeping computer as combo fix and rkill. so i can confirm its sefe
