It's just adware/toolbars and shit. just remove it and stop doing express installs when you download whatever it is you download. Do custom installs to make sure you aren't downloading a bunch of random shit.

Go to g2a.com and buy a kaspersky total security key. It works like a charm.

That's not always the problem. The same guy who made the master lock cracker machine made a usb that installs a virus within a few seconds of inserting. As well as that, some infected files download others. Speeding through installations and not reading the full terms of use (which almost every1 is guilty of) can also allow for bad things. Some installations come with adware preinstalled, that cannot be removed from the installstion/program.

Someone can stick it in when not looking. (I believe it was in britain) There was a university that figured out how to spread viruses over just the wifi connection itslf. Virus prevention is not always easy.

If you can get into my house, put in a USB stick in my computer and run it before I or anyone in there can find out, you need to get a better hobby than that. Those are some super fucking ninja skills you have and you're wasting it on this bullshit.

If someone is going to do that to someone, they would do it to a higher profile target, not an average citizen. Why would they care about infecting our computers in this way when they could be going after high profile CEO's

At one point, she probably downloaded a malicious file. The virus probably loaded other malicious programs onto the pc. Thus, it's not like she gave consent for everything. And as such, it isn't right to call her an idiot.

You should get Smart security 8. A very active anti virus. If there is a website that can harm my pc, it blocks that website. If i install a program, it says safe or a virus detected. It also updates itself
