My lovely people, I promise I'll stop ping'ing you all eventually. I'm pleased to report that we've now restored the server to the point at which Seth went AWOL on us. We've been able to verify that things look to be exactly as they were before Seth had hit the delete button and things seem to be intact. I'm going to make the switch-over in a few moments, which will mean players will potentially get kicked off the old server and re-join on the new server. Some FAQ type things: 1) Will <Stuff> be transferred from the temp server to new one? No, everything on the temp server will be made available for download though, but we're not going to try to sync maps, schematics, items, coins or any of that stuff back up. 2) I Bought something on the old server with coins, can I get that back? You should then be able to re-buy the item with your "Real" coins balance on the new server :slight_smile: 3) <Something> Is missing? Halp! It may be that you then built it on our old server and not on the version from before the previous owner left, you need to head to www.totalfreedom.me/world-download/index.html and download the world file if you want to continue your build locally :slight_smile: |

This, and the fact that it will now be much more difficult to potentially dig up old posts that might have had a personal or important meaning to some admins. Unfortunately, there are some things that even a forum can’t replace. We actually found out that our forum accounts do exist, we just can't access them totalfreedom.boards.net/user/10700 |
