/g tag set %rank% - If I'm in a guild, and the tag for that guild is [%rank% : SomeGuild] and my rank in that guild is "Person" then my tag will appear as [Person : SomeGuild] when I talk.
/g defaultrank - Sets the rank for newly joined guild members, every guild must have one default rank and it cannot be deleted.
/g toggletag - Allows you to hide and show your guild tag in chat (only affects the person who ran the command, not other guild members)

Object - Adding ranks, even if it is just in a guild, is not where totalfreedom is trying to move towards. Also, why would a guild need ranks if those ranks can not actually do anything? I think it would just take up room and make players tags excessively long
Object - Refer to above.
Vouch - Good idea, maybe allow each player of a guild to be able to run that command for their tag?

Guilds already have ranks (moderator and admin iirc)

I thought this is already a to-be-implemented thing? It's supposed to be that guild tags can contain the %rank% argument (e.g. [%tag% | %rank%]). Vouch, this make sense. This definitely is in the works from what I've heard.
Adding ranks, even if it is just in a guild, is not where totalfreedom is trying to move towards. Custom intra-guild ranks does not serve any purpose except that it purely being cosmetic. Some guilds will make the ranks have an importance in their own guild, but this does not prevent the user from doing anything else in the server as rules universally apply. There are functional ranks as Elmon has mentioned, but this does not prevent the player from doing anything else in the server. Also, why would a guild need ranks if those ranks can not actually do anything? I think it would just take up room and make players tags excessively long This is a fair point, though it would still be a pretty cool function to implement to the plugin without causing much disturbance. When the tag gets too long due to the combination of both their guild tags and their own tags, they can simply toggle the guild tags and integrate it themselves. I don't see this making the function itself useless as it provides convenience for intra-guild management.

vouch for the 3rd one, my lyicx corp tag makes my full tag 1 whole line, and then my name and message are on the next line

/g tag set %rank% - If I'm in a guild, and the tag for that guild is [%rank% : SomeGuild] and my rank in that guild is "Person" then my tag will appear as [Person : SomeGuild] when I talk. added - will be on the server whenever seth updates tfguilds /g defaultrank - Sets the rank for newly joined guild members, every guild must have one default rank and it cannot be deleted. added - /g setdefaultrank <rank | none>, not requiring every guild to have a default rank /g toggletag - Allows you to hide and show your guild tag in chat (only affects the person who ran the command, not other guild members) added - will be on the server whenever seth updates tfguilds (i also added a global guild tag toggle for admins) thank you for your suggestion!
