Suspension - Fionn

Fionn has posted an onion link to a child porn site in our executive group chat a few days ago as a "joke". The fact he had this link on hand is extremely concerning. I was never alerted of this until now, or else he would of been removed earlier. Evidence of this will not be shown to the public for obvious reasons.

His suspension will be indefinite, and due to the nature of the offense, he has been removed from all platforms.

Nobody is ever what they seem.

So it turns out after talking to Fionn his link was to a darknet link list, that had links to a website that was overrun with cp. The witnesses failed to notify me that this link did not directly contain cp. He did not directly link to it, but Darth went over to it, went to the adult section (do not know if it was accidental or not) and went to an overrun darknet site. I should of talked to him first, but you'd think no words have to be spoken if multiple people say he linked to cp, and all the other evidence was deleted at the request of Darth, followed by an undeleted comment in this GC saying "did you just show a picture of a naked kid", words pretty much don't have to be spoken.

From now on I'm going to have to my demise have to physically see evidence. This was a fault of mine of not wanting to physically see the evidence, and go off of witnesses alone.

Please know the fionn is not a predator, or a pedophile, but a complete misunderstanding.
