Sleeping for less than 6 hours on a basis increases your risk of a stroke so I'd say go to bed early more.

Set a max limit for yourself at any time (mine is 4am), when that time limit is reached: end all other tasks then what you're doing at that moment so you can finish that task (youtube video or such). When your limit +30min is reached all tasks should be ended so you can go to bed. Always make sure to get minimum of 7 hours of sleep, so if you need to get up early, go to bed early. Otherwise you'll have to sleep to like 11am or such.

Well, when you're between 4-10 years old, you're expected to sleep 10hrs+. When I was that age, my mattress was rlly bad, like, really bad. I couldn't sleep till 11 or something and woke up at 7 each day, so I basically had 8 hours sleep which wasn't good for me. After this happened, I moved to a new bed and got my sleep back.
Maybe get a new mattress, keep your room window open for a complete hour or two before bed, then just before bed close it.

I honestly recommend seeing a therapist or something. If you feel your mental health going towards a deep end, I'd at least try to talk to someone. Sleep loss can be a symptom of many mental illnesses, an example being depression.
If you want to dm me about more personal stuff, I can try and give you advice on how to deal with depression but that's if you want it. Anyone can feel free to dm but, although I'm not an expert. I just have experience with poor mental health.
Finding the source of your sleeping problems can help you find a way to improve your sleeping habits.
