Due to the similarity between the recent suggestions of Admin Training suggestion & re-instituting Admin crews I've come up with a joint solution.
We will run "trial" version.
Here's the details:
1. Only 3 Admin Crews will be allowed.
2. The head of the Admin Crew must submit an application on why they are qualified to run a Crew. This application has no format, just simply tell me why are I should appoint you as a designated Crew leader in a paragraph. If chosen, they will then be approved and then told they can start their Crew.
3. The head of the Admin Crew will then be assigned with the training/retraining of all members of this Crew.
a. All members (Operators & Admins) are allowed to apply for a Crew. Unless extreme circumstances they must be accepted.
4. If you for any reason seem unfit or fail your duties as a Crew leader your Crew will be disbanded.
5. If you are punished for abuse of your administrative power you may be forcefully assigned to a Crew to "rehabilitate" you if you are not already in a Crew.
a. This requires public action, as im not on 24/7 to look over all our admins I probably miss 99% of abuse. This is a call to any member to report to abuse you see to Internal Affairs or myself.
b. If you keep having issues after being "rehabilitated" you may lose your rank permanently.
This is it. As I do not believe "training" is really necessary as how you're supposed to administrate is in the conduct policy this will be a trial.

As this is a test, if this starts heading in the wrong direction I may throw it all away and we'd continue how we currently are.
