Total Freedom's Executives comprise of four main ranks.
Executive Creative Designer -
Manages and maintains the Master-builders. Handles their respective applications, master-builder policies, and in charge of any master-builder related project.
Manages server art (not necessarily creating it)
Executive Admin Officer -
Manages and maintains administrators. Handles their respective applications, administrative policies, and enforces the administrator conduct policy.
Executive Server Liaison -
Manages server advertisement and community engagement. In charge of maintaining voting websites, dealing with associated servers, and manages the growth of the community
They also manage server events (hosted from the Discord server) to help bring the community together to do more things such as build comps, movies, playing other games, you name it.
Forum Owner & Manager -
Manages and maintains the forums.
Beyond this, Executive duties include keeping a log of their and their assistants actions beyond normal administrating. This log must be posted on a public board and be updated in a timely manner.
Voting Process and requirements.
In the event of an Executive leaving their position for any reason, a new one will be chosen. In the two week period where there is no Executive, their assistant(s) may fill in for them. If there is no assistant, the Owner may take over, or all activities involving the respective Executive will be paused.
Voting will be initiated by either the acting EAO or Owner. You may not apply if you have recently reinstated within a month of the Executive leaving, hold another Executive position, or have been suspended within the past month. The applicants will respond to the thread in the Senior Admin Lounge with their application. After a week, the thread will be moved into the “polls” boards.The poll must have an apparent statement saying that you can vote for multiple applicants. Here any member of Total Freedom will be allowed to vote. After two weeks the polling will close and we’ll have our newest Executive.
An Executive is allowed up to two assistants, but may opt to not have any. To appoint an assistant simply make a post in the “announcements” board telling us who you selected. Assistants are reserved for administrative positions and don’t grant you any permissions beyond your actual rank.
In the event of needing a new Forum moderator(s), the voting process will be similar to the Executive voting process.
In the event of needing a new Forum administrator, the voting process will be similar to Executive voting process. This singular position, along with Owner, Forum Owner & Manager, and the Executive Admin Officer are the only roles permitted to have Forum Administrator access.
Voting out Executives.
Every 3 months there will be a poll for each respective Executive position asking if you feel they have performed their job in a beneficial and positive way. If the “No’s” outweigh the “Yes’s” then a re-election for that position will be held. The incumbent may reapply in the same re-election.
The community also has the ability to call upon themselves a removal of position if the Executive is not performing up to task. If you are removed forcefully or resign to avoid being removed forcefully, you may not reapply in the respective election.
Notes:
• The Forum Owner & Manager (Finest) is pretty much exempt from all of this.
