Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Acting as an assistant for the current Admin Officer when necessary, in lieu of the assistant officer
-Directing and managing a team for community outreach and conflict resolution
-Create necessary public threads disclosing all information regarding ongoing and completed cases related to Total Freedom
-Forward completed cases directly to the acting Server Owner, or Admin Officer if unavailable
-Investigating IA applicants server history before considering eligibility for hire
-Participate in heavy communications with the acting Server Owner regarding IA infrastructure
-Log and date staff member counts every month (Unrelated to activity checks)
-Prepare/update a wellness check list for any players reported for obvious signs of declining mental health
-Keep track, log and monitor all forms of Total Freedom Infrastructure
Helper responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Maintaining an organized report file system and logging any controversial incidents relating to Total Freedom
-Throwing bias out the door when discussing focused incidents with multiple parties involved
-Receive, address and log all reports made towards a staff member in power
-Report any and all Total Freedom related incidents to your team including the acting lead
-Working for the current Admin Officer if unrelated to IA responsibilities (I.E downtime efforts should be directed towards helping the current EAO)
-Help address any concerns related to Total Freedom via forums, discord and server
-Actively observe negative community behavior and identify all sources for its conception

Internal Affairs (IA) is a team primarily focused on conflict resolution and addressing reports made against staff members regardless of their rank/title, while also offering a helping hand to Admin Officer related duties when necessary.
Our objective is to create, maintain, and train a team of neutral individuals that can professionally address community related incidents when being presented infallible evidence. IA exists to provide extra support in safeguarding the overall prosperity of Total Freedom by actively taking in reports, logs and evidence. All claims forwarded to any member of IA will be put into a file created for the specific incident received, and will be under active investigation for a minimum of 3 days and extended if necessary.
