Notebotters may not able to play limited noteblock songs, some fast/faster/fastest parts might disconnect a player and needs to play it again and they aren't affect the server tps.

Keep in mind that the packet limit is there for a reason. For one thing, certain types of DoS attacks become less effective with it. So a balance has to be found between the limit and protection.

Qualified vouch. I've been kicked for too many packets before, from notebotting and just from using auto-crit and autoclicker hacks. It is an absolute pain and I hate it. However... Maybe we can make it so it only triggers for certain situations that are more useful for a DoS than others; e.g. only triggering for packets that contain large amounts of data or cause a lot of server processing to be expended (e.g. attempting to move very quickly with large amounts of packets to cause terraingen, attempting to send packets with multiple MB/s of NBT, etc.), and not just for somebody hitting a lot of blocks over and over again or moving small distances (fractions of a block and back) and hitting entities.

Checking all of those conditions would be more computationally expensive than just processing the packet. Notebotting is probably the legitimate use that causes the most packets, so if we go from there, we should be able to find a limit that is just high enough for all legitimate uses.

I cannot still play Old town road (((((((((I think it's your client. When I used Future I barely got kicked for packets, your version of Old Town road did not seem to take that many packets.

Noteblock botters are the least of my concerns. They're really a general annoyance to many players including me.
