pls help if i have a sample of aluminum foil that's 15.80cm x 15.00cm (area is 237cm squared), how many square centimeters of this aluminum foil would be needed to make one mole? i dont even know where to begin also, if i have 50 mL of water, how many hydrogen atoms are in it

for the second one 50ml of water = 50g , mol = mass/Mr (Water is H2O so find Mol by using Mr of hydrogen and oxygen) then use Avogadros constant etc etc
Im not sure about the first one unless you have access to the density and thickness of aluminium foil?

for the second one 50ml of water = 50g , mol = mass/Mr (Water is H2O so find Mol by using Mr of hydrogen and oxygen) then use Avogadros constant etc etc Im not sure about the first one unless you have access to the density and thickness of aluminium foil? ye for the second one i was thinking maybe i should convert ml of water to moles, and then because there's 2 hydrogen for every 1 water, multiply it by 2, and then convert that to molecules? idk if that sounds right or not and yeah the first one is a tuffie, i asked my teacher about it really quickly after class and i didn't understand a single word he told me. i had to measure and weigh the foil in the actual lab (these questions are a couple from the lab, there's like 30 of these), and we didn't do anything with the density or thickness
