In my honest opinion, this policy is a huge waste of time. People change, drama only really happened two years ago. After that TF started calming down.
I think we shouldn't have the policy because it's just too much. Many people will start coming back over time and we just need to move on, it'll be at least a year before they're back.
If admins really do hate someone because of their past they can object and state why in an admin application/reinstatement.

Nero & I are not removing it. We're revising the one posted earlier today and the final copy will be out later tonight.
Being indefinitely suspended is one of the most severe punishments an admin can get. There needs to be a guideline to follow to make your return. Most people do not "just move on."
Policies are set in place to make it clear what to do in certain situations. Removing it would just cause further confusion on the process needed.
