This is currently the PC build I'm thinking - it's 1122.21 dollars. I just want to know if there's anything I should change out which would virtually give the same performance but for a lesser price.

small warning with b450/x470/x370 mobos - you need to get someone's ryzen 2nd gen to flash the bios so it's compatible with 3rd gen (whether it'd be a friend/computer place) as there are no integrated bios flashback options there. (this is unless it supports 3rd gen) all of these do cut down on cost but again, quick warning, don't expect to get a high end overclock (if wanted) or cpu with stock fan and lackluster vrm motherboard. edit: the msi max lineup do support gen 3 out of the box

The X570 also has PCIe 4.0 support. Also when you get a new video card, you might want to check for any firmware updates for the video card itself. These updates can sometimes make a bigger difference in performance and stability than driver updates.

Looks pretty good, but unless you really need ray tracing, an RX 5700 would perform better and cost less. If you're willing to spend a little more, an RTX 2060 Super or RX 5700 XT would be a good choice.

I'm going with 5700 XT since it doesn't cost that much and it gives better performance - thanks for the advice!

Also, anybody have any idea how I can lower the "total" price? This is ridiculous. I'm literally paying half the actual price in fees...
