[TFM] Giving players a title

So i want to give a player the title "Developer" but there is no option in config for it like there is for "owners". As far as i looked into the code, i cant find it either? Am i missing something?

(PS. i want to obey the TFM License, so please if this is against the license in any way do let me know.)
