Why you suspended the admin - include relevant log entries Hover accused Miwo of griefing his build in MBW which turned out to be a lie. Hover admitted this: ^ I'd like to apologize to people for the confusion - I said "this was my build wtf" soon after I pointed out what I thought was miwo griefing. When I said this, I was referring to the nearby build that looked like it had been pasted from Wonderland (a build I made). When people seemed to think it was my build miwo griefed, I didn't say anything and decided to go along with it, because to be frank, I was worried if I did, it would cause more drama. When I noticed the build was damaged, I didn't know that it was miwo's own build, and I did actually think he griefed it. The only thing I'm disputing here is miwo griefing, not the part where he self deleted or his previous arguments with people. I'm sorry for drama/confusion that this caused. 3. Did you attempt to correct the admin before suspending him/her to include a short time removal (e.g. 10 mins)? N/A
4. Did you notify the admin that you removed them from and why? Yes
Hover will be suspended for a month for his false accusations. |

Unless this is a repeat offense, I don't see a reason to be suspended, let alone for a whole month. As long as he knows that this isn't acceptable If say a week at most should be a punishment. That is again if this is a first offense. If this is a repeat, then by all means throw the book at him.

I am aware that making false accusations is not acceptable, but I have to agree with Fluffasaurus. I think that he should either be given a very stern warning or his suspension time should be shortened just a bit - a week or two may suffice better. Then again, if this was a repeat offense, a month is suitable. In the end though, I’m aware that it’s your decision to make.

Him not saying anything to "not cause more drama" was directly allowing someone to be falsely permbanned (him rage quitting was permbannable but was not the reason cited) based on his own false accusations. At best that's pure negligence, at worst he's lying and said nothing for his own reasons. Witchhunts like this should absolutely be punished. He should get a suspension longer than 1 month, if not permanently. And in my opinion, he should be made an example of and just permbanned altogether. There should be absolutely zero tolerance on issues like this. |

? Several days ago, mentioned in-game to many people that he didn't build the stuff that Miwo removed. I thought it was well known... Except there seems to be some confusion as to if he did actually grief or it was his own builds he destroyed. It seems he destroyed his own builds so they wouldn't be associated with TF, but people thought it was my build because of a terribly times miscommunication on my part. I went along with it because I didn't want to cause even more drama, though I see now that was a mistake. It seems like it was just a case of miscommunication. I don't see how Hover intended to cause harm, considering he was quite open about it ingame and on the forums. I think a monthlong suspension is extreme, as I'm not even sure this warrants a suspension. |
