Recommendation Request

Hello all my peoples of the Total Freedom server. I am soyp. I have been here since about 2016 and since about 2017, I have wanted to receive the admin status. Looking at all over the admin stuff, makes me feel a little lost, considering the fact that admin has been a thing for as long as the server being up, and I know things have changed quite a bit. I noticed thins like Crews, nobody exactly "uses". I've also seen very great admins getting promoted and becoming an admin, such as speediv (became telnet and sra), RageHayes (became sa), mattlawn (became telnet), _PHR (Friend, sa then telnet). Those admins I usually look up to and there are plenty more. I have gotten almost everything on the requirements list except for recommendations. I try to be helpful on the server, like asking others for help, and I usually like to stick in a couple jokes or more. But it seems recommendations are quite hard and I know that the admin has to trust you and knows you'll make a great admin. I am also on most of the time and I report griefers and troublemakers. Really anything else is a longer story.
