Suggestion 1 (/tpa):
I'm pretty sure this has been suggested before but:
I think it would be good to allow /tpa or /tpask to work - even if a player has their /tp toggle set as off.
The main reason people disable the ability for people to teleport to them, is so that people can't teleport to them without permission.
Since the whole point of /tpa is to ask permission to teleport, why have it not work when people have their teleport disabled?
Moreover, if players wanted to only allow certain players to teleport to them, they wouldn't have to toggle their teleport on - which would also allow others to then teleport to them- , they could just accept the tp request of the players they want.
Suggestion 2 (minor grief bans):
I suggest that you make a rule that if a player does some minor grief, an admin has to warn them at least once and tell them to undo their minor grief before giving out any bans.
(And possibly make sure the player knows they have been warned, so that they can't complain about it later on)
(And possibly, if the player is offline, you could just unroll the grief. However, this would depend on the extent of the grief. For example, if it was just a few blocks, you wouldn't /glist ban for 24 hours. But if the grief was more serious, you may be inclined to give a ban off a certain or longer length)
This would be very useful, especially in the case where a player griefed unintentionally or was not aware that what they did would be considered as grief
It would decrease the amount of players getting banned and also the amount of complaints that people make.
- I'm also sure the benefits would outweigh any negatives (if any) of a rule like this being passed
