- yes, i think i posted an inactivity notice stating i was having health issues and wouldn't be able to be as active, and then simply stopped being active entirely.

c. I quit or resigned (Yes or No) If Yes, explain why you didn't follow the policy to simply go inactive rather than quit or resign.
