Recently I've seen a lot of posts regarding changes in policy in TF that we really just don't need. Instead of suggesting we add _____ or remove ______, I think we should be fixing ______.
For example, worldedit is capped at 2500 for OPs, however the amount of blocks placed is very inaccurate, and vastly overestimates the total blocks placed. Ex, do //sphere 1 7 for a sphere with a radius of seven. Then it should say ~2400 blocks placed, and yet if you //count 1 in the area it will be significantly less. Meaning people are limited to how large their worldedit operations are, far beyond the supposed limit.
Another example, the server wipes so often (literally anything minor happens), its nearly impossible to make a build last longer than a day. And even if you do, you can assure that it'll be gone the next. Not like you can paste a schematic of it because of the aforementioned little quirk of W.E.
Also, we have admins for a reason, to fix grief and remove troublesome players, and yet we are removing so many, despite us not always having an admin on.
The list goes on
People are always asking why the server is declining, I think its because its impossible to play as an OP. I think the ability to actually utilize the server should be more important than changing nitpicks of it. But that's just my opinion. Not like anyone wants to actually BUILD ON A GAME ABOUT BUILDING. /s
