I really am not rich and bathing in money. I just don't buy a new phone every year but the media always compares phones to last years model, not an iPhone 6s or Google Pixel. It becomes more worth it when you have an older phone that's 2-4 years old, not last years model Well yeah, that's why you're supposed to buy old fashioned American sedans from the 90s, not waste your money on an ugly 2019 SUV.

Honestly you should have gotten the X or XR, because
1. They’re both $749.99 2. The XS doesn’t really have that much better features than the XR other than an telephoto lens and an OLED screen. And isn’t that much different than the X except having a fraction of a second faster Face ID, the cameras are barely a difference. 3. You save $250 that way
