I object. I honestly believe that login messages for OPs would be an absolute disaster, especially for people who have a problem with being imposed often.

Since no one has actually given a proper reason instead of just shouting "oBejcT" I'm going to actually argue against this. First off: it would cause chaos in chat, especially as there are so many ops logging in at one time. On top of that, it would basically increase the efficiency of spambots by 30%. Generally it sounds like a very bad move, though the idea is interesting.

You are allowed to have a login message by using a macro mod that will send a /me message upon join (there was a debate about this a while back, and all users are allowed to have 1 command/message executed or sent upon joining, like minechat or pickaxe chat users).
