I was just sitting and relaxing, drinking coffee and administrating on SuperFreedom, when I was going to ban someone for griefing. I was reaching for the top left row of keys. Then, my entire cup of coffee spilled on my computer. I wiped it down and flipped it over. Thinking all the coffee drained out, I flipped it back, but when I was sending a message to Super_, my computer completely shut down. I thought it was low battery, but no. It short-circuited. Help me! Thanks in advance, ~RiwataBr(XxElementXxX)

also pretty sure the "administrating" part isn't needed
infomos is disappointed

Get a new computer. The repair would almost certainly require replacing the motherboard and possibly other components. In a laptop, it usually isnt worth doing unless its a really expensive laptop. Also, WaaiFu I do have a decent amount of formal education in IT as well as quite a bit of personal experience. While I am not technically a professional, I know enough to be able to fix almost any PC problem.

^ Yeah when you start talking about the motherboard it's probably just better to buy a new computer

The minute you flipped it back over while it was still on and the water short circuited the boards, you were screwed. Best bet when you spill any kind of liquid on your electronics is to immediately turn it off, and throw it in a bag of rice for a couple days. The rice absorbs the moisture Any moisture whatsoever that remains in the circuit boards will fry it when it turns back on. I've saved a phone and a keyboard like this. It can be hit or miss. But it's better than the 100% chance you're screwed if you keep it on

Bring it to a computer shop, let them check it and get an estimate on how much it'll cost to repair it. It might be better, as others mentioned, to get a new computer.
