So I (stupidly) updated my AMD Radeon drivers (I have RX580) to the latest version. The error is SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and caused by AmdRyzenMasterDriver.sys
I can login for a few minutes but then it BSoD's. I've tried to roll back the driver update, and it didnt work. I also tried System Restore but it failed (and didn't give me a reason). I tried going into safe mode and it lasted longer (where I was able to roll back the drivers)
pls help idk what anyone on google is saying

You need to run off the integrated graphics so you can completely uninstall the drivers through the device manager; doing it through the control panel only works half of the time, if the drivers are even listed as a program. The device manager will also provision you with drivers that certainly work when you use it to install the card again.

You need to run off the integrated graphics so you can completely uninstall the drivers through the device manager; doing it through the control panel has about 50% chance of working, if the drivers are even listed as a program. The device manager will also provision you with drivers that certainly work when you use it to install the card again. I used the device manager to roll back the drivers. I'm not sure if I have any integrated graphics???

Ah, most Ryzen processors indeed don't have integrated graphics. I'm actually not sure what the procedure is for fixing graphics drivers without an integrated GPU to fall back to, other than reinstalling Windows, of course.

Ok, well if I have to reinstall Windows I would like to downgrade to Windows 7 (I do have a genuine license). I am actually not sure how to do this. I have a backup (I used the default Windows backup) Edit: looks like I can't as I don't have a PS/2 keyboard or mouse
