I found out that it is possible to have a working autoclicker on Android without root thanks to the accessibility features. An app called Automatic Tap shows that pretty well (you have to pay to unlock full functionality but it does work surprisingly well).
Also yes it can be used to cheat on some games.

I assume you mean this one: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.phonephreak.repeatclickIt uses the "Draw over other apps" permission to open a window on top of the app you are currently using, and then sends fake taps through that window to the one below it. Interestingly, none of those features seem to be new in the Android API, so this might work on pretty old phones.
