I know how to stop calls and notifocations from sending vibrations but some apps vibrate while clicking a button on them or anything. Is there a way to disallow vibrations all together like so my samsung doesnt accept vibrations

Sorry to hear about your problem with your Samsung device. Could you please provide us what version of Android the phone is running? Additionally, it may be resourceful to inform us what device you are using? For example, a Galaxy S2 (II) running Ice Cream Sandwich will have vastly different procedure from a Galaxy S9 running Oreo. Hopefully, we can resolve your issue.

The vibrating is called haptic feedback and can usually be disabled on a per app basis. Without root, there is no way to disable all vibrating in one setting.
On my Note 8 there is a vibration intensity setting. Try finding something like that and turning it all the way down.
