Make sure to read the original "A look back on things" thread, because this thread continues the story where that thread left off: totalfreedom.boards.net/thread/55364/back-on
When markbyron saw Scutix's vote-off thread and what many of the admins said on both the thread on the server, he deleted the thread and sent a PM to me (and several other admins) titled "Marco" that asked me why I thought Marco shouldn't be an admin when he started developing for the server and also told me to specify things Marco needs to improve upon.
As I used to dislike Marco's actions to great lengths, I replied saying that Marco needs to learn that he is just a community developer that doesn't have superiority over others, that he needs to improve his development skills in Java so that he can make less errors, and that he needs to chill out (especially during situations where a well-known rogue is on). He thanked me for my input and explained to me that what I said isn't like someone who needs to be voted off and that Marco is at least trying to help the server.
5 hours later, I was included in a group PM on the forum along with Jaguar, Scutix, Dillon, Galahad, Pramire, Lemon, MarkDragon, Lynx, Cyro, Aggelos, Robin, Cactus, and MrPerson by someone with the forum username of @xinight. The group PM was created in regards to Mark's alleged bias towards Marco, how Marco isn't getting removed, and the validity of Scutix's forum ban and suspension. A few of those who were included in the PM questioned how necessary the PM was and pointed out the results of a PM like that would be disastrous.
7 hours after the group PM was formed, Mark sent another PM to Cyro, Robin, Dillon, and I addressing the input he received, explained that Scutix is far worse than Marco, and then asked what could be done to possibly correct the situation.
I would like your input on how we can resolve this matter but if in the end, you feel you can't stomach how I do business, there's other options. Just be honest with me. If you don't want to reply here, send me a PM separately.
After receiving some feedback from Dillon, Mark put Ruby, Marco, and Scutix on break from the server for about a week. Due to Scutix's aggressive behavior he's well-known for, he apparently argued with Mark and accused people of actions he once performed. As a result, he made the massive jump from Telnet Clan Admin to the permban list. I kept in touch with him via Skype and Steam even after all of that.
Things started getting real in July 2017, when Savnith began attacking admins who were on his "shitlist" with DDOS. As a response, Scutix decided to create a DOX in an attempt to get Savnith to stand down. What came out of that was the first version of the Savnith DOX. He used some of the information already available on Pastebin at the time and pieced it together. The DOX didn't work, and I ended up getting DDOS'd by him several times shortly afterwards with the inability to defend myself from his attacks because I couldn't change my IP address. However, during the short periods where I was able to connect to the internet, I contacted UYScutix and explained how I was getting hit offline. He agreed to get a booter to attack Savnith. While Scutix was trying to get the booter (and failing), I had to wait a few days in order for Savnith to get hit offline for the first time.
When Scutix successfully DDOS'd Savnith, he created a comic depicting how Savnith was DDOS'd and "brought to justice". While Scutix's DDOS attacks may have worked, they began to fail.
Eventually Scutix gave up on attacking Savnith and eventually begain to only attack Marco. Because Scutix and Savnith seemed to have enough in common, I thought that the two could effectively work together. I asked both parties if they wanted to work together and they agreed. However, this partnership didn't last long as they didn't get along very well and it ended 1 day later.
A day after the partnership ended, I ended up getting involved in an argument with Marco where he told me to block Scutix and that he was just using me.
I told him to shut the fuck up about Scutix using me and refused his demand, citing the fact that he had been defending and was still in contact with Savnith. A few admins watched as Marco and I continued to argue.
After the argument eventually ended, I decided just to continue playing on the server as usual.

I'd like to know why you think Marco shouldn't be an admin when he taken the initiative to get things done from a dev standpoint. Contrast to Uyscutix (former VJ) who blatantly violates admin policies, loves being a hard case and driving people away. Give me some specifics that Marco need to improve on. I need people that take initiative esp. in dev - even if he's not the one that's doing the coding. So I informed that Uy and Ruby are intent on causing a major disruption over Uy's misconduct with respect to Marco and sent you PMs. To quote a senior, "Scutix feels the need to take a dictator role over everyone. He was the same in his past life. If he didn't get his way, he would convince the person as much as possible." I agree and I'm not going to put up with it whether it's with Marco or anybody else. I've asked numerous people about Marco and they seem the same thing I see - immature actions at times, a pest at times, and sometimes crosses the line - a common thing to most any admin - definitely not worthy of suspensions and invalid vote-offs by somebody who actually is far worse. I would like your input on how we can resolve this matter but if in the end, you feel you can't stomach how I do business, there's other options. Just be honest with me.
