So, recently I found out about this exploit. Basically, there's a warp, that sends you to a box. You are stuck inside a nether portal. If you didn't know already, while inside a nether portal, you cannot chat. The portal is protected, you can't break it. So therefore, if you warp here, you will be stuck there, unless someone kills/tp you to them. Should we do anything about this? This is like the death boots, but only more harmful, you can /warp others to the specific warp, as suppose to tricking them to get a death item.
I found the best way to escape is to: 1. Disable Wifi. 2. Break the nether portal. (You can't break it since it's protected somehow.) 3. Execute /spawn 4. Enable Wifi. I know this is not a relevant topic, but I think we should take actions.

Use the Wurst keybind feature (or equivalent) to send /spawn on a keypress. That will get you out of that loop. Some clients/mods can bypass the no chatting in a portal thing.

Yes but that is only if they happen to have a hacked client in their arsenal. Many TotalFreedom players don't use hacked clients and, as such, would have to do the same procedures as with death items; they would have to log in as an alternate account (only applicable if they are cracked) and manually do /spawn on their account. If the person is using premium Minecraft, they are unable to do this. In addition, I have had experience with these portal things and have found constantly hitting the actual portal will make it disable for a short amount of time, allowing yourself to do /spawn. Of course, if it were a faster PC, this may not work. I have had both experiences with death items and the portal traps, and I cannot fathom why action has not been taken to prevent these things from happening. All it takes is a simple plugin to detect when a player's health is 0, then wait for them to respawn and then heal them. For these portals, admins should not be allocating protected areas for them in the first place; lest they ask for a protected area with an alternative purpose that they claim to be the legitimate reason. However, I think that we should also be able to see who owns a claim so we can report them; without that, there is no way to see who made it.

Not everyone uses clients, and I think this could be exploited very badly.
