I have a HP laptop running Windows 8 from 2016/2015. It's a HP Folio 9470m. This laptop went through a lot
It originally came with windows 8, I upgraded it to Windows 10, it broke, changed the hard-drive, got windows 10 working, after about 5 months, had to change another hard-drive, and yesterday, I had to change ANOTHER hard-drive. Everything was working fine at first, but now I can't seem to find the bluetooth option in settings. I know I have bluetooth, since I was using it just fine for 2 years, and I checked all the components, everything was attached. I opened Device Manager, I can't seem to find bluetooth, but I ticked the "Show hidden devices" box, and I see bluetooth grayed out.
Did I fuck up anything in the BIOS? Or is the adapter just dead? Because all of my USB ports are acting up, I can't even use a USB mouse.
I have a bluetooth mouse, and it's working fine, for the most part.
Any help would be appreciated, no "have you tried turning it off and on again" please.
