He really needs to watch his mouth honestly. Especially the fact that he said that in the general chat where all the regular players could see. Personally, I am all down for this suspension. If he’s gonna “joke” like that, especially where everyone could see, it ruins how the admin team looks when we have stuff like that being said.

I'm completely fine with this, his entire attitude feels like some edgy joke and the fact I'm not at all surprised he said this very much sums up my opinion regarding the matter.

Honestly since you got senior you've made suspensions over things that don't even deserve suspensions. You just need to chill tf out and save suspensions for serious issues

This is not only against the conduct policy: but it is also federal and state offense in the United States, which can incur jail time and or fines, regardless of the comment's intention. If players can be permbanned for making these sorts of comments, why aren't admins held to the same or higher expectation? EDIT: I know Andy lives in the UK, and similar laws are in place there, as well. |

The problem isn't within the musical nature which was a catalyst to his actions, but to the very context in which he utilised the contents of that piece - and later, affirmed it [the observed intent] with a direct statement; rather than any excerpt from a written work, or a creative expression of his expressed nature to provoke. Artistic expression and the usage of artistic expression to convey literality are entirely dissimilar. As for an individual's mindset, it is not our position to speculate; rather, the suspicious [and probable] opportunity — which was knowingly opened by Andy — is problematic. |

Even if it was a joke, Hover didn't see it that way. I sent Andy a warning and asked him to apologize to Hover. He can take another day to do so and will be reinstated on Saturday.
Things like this probably can be corrected in-game without much of a need for a suspension.
