Killer potion, which don't kill people in creative, but only in survival are completely fine as long as the pvp arena allows those types of potions. If outside the PvP arena, it is completely fine to use it, as long as the person you are using it on is fine with it. Even if those two rules i mentioned above are broken, this isn't a bannable offence, this should just have been a warning/smite or possibly 5 min temp ban depending on the situation. You would only be rightly banned if you disobeyed the admins request, even after multiple warnings were given including temp ban. However even if you broke any of those rules, you should deserve a chance to be unbanned, as the ban policy states, if an op has appealed and apologised for their actions and told pure truth, they deserve a second chance, but if they repeat the same mistake again, second chance won't be given and the player must wait out the ban. Please use the correct template. Its fine as long as they have given the IP, In-game name and the name of the admin he was banned by.

Issue is they were death pots and he was using them in creative Death potions which kill people in creative mode are disabled, it can't be true. Anyways as the policy states, player has appealed and he is entitled to unban.

Anyways as the policy states, player has appealed and he is entitled to unban. I don't believe just because he appeals he can be unbanned? Not sure, but if I'm wrong link me to the policy please.

When you were appointed as Super Admin, you should have read admin sticky threads, so you should have already known this. I'd advise you to read sticky threads all over again. link for sticky threads: totalfreedom.boards.net/board/72/admin-sticky-threads
Link for Admins handling ban appeal policy: totalfreedom.boards.net/thread/28275/policy-admins-handling-ban-appeals
1. Except for clear cases where the person making the appeal is confirmed to be lying, has been banned repeatedly for serial griefing, or is guilty of a perm ban offense, the normal response is to approve all ban appeals. If applicable, advise the OP on what they need to do to avoid another ban.

The person who banned the player who is requesting for removal has the right to say no to remove him from his ban. The policy as said above 'the normal response is to approve' does not mean you have to unban him.
